All designs created by Creations From The Heart LLC are the exclusive property of the company and cannot be reused, sold, or distributed without express permission. If you have purchased a digital design with Private Label Rights (PLR), you are permitted to use that design in accordance with the PLR agreement provided at the time of purchase.

Due to the personalized nature of custom sublimation products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders once they have been processed. This includes items such as custom t-shirts, tumblers, stoles, party favors, and other custom-designed products.
For non-custom, generic items, we may consider a return or refund under the following conditions:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement item or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
