2. Custom Orders and Refund Policy

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Generic Items: For non-customized, generic items, we will consider a refund or exchange on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to discuss your options.

3. Payment Methods

Cash (for local orders only)

All payments must be completed before your order is processed.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items and will be calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Creations From The Heart LLC are the exclusive property of the company and cannot be reused, sold, or distributed without express permission. If you have purchased a digital design with Private Label Rights (PLR), you are permitted to use that design in accordance with the PLR agreement provided at the time of purchase.

6. Customer Data and Privacy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will not sell or share your data with any third parties. Your information is used solely for processing your orders and improving our services.

7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

Return and Refund Policy

At Creations From The Heart LLC, we take pride in creating custom designs tailored to your unique preferences. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom sublimation products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders once they have been processed. This includes items such as custom t-shirts, tumblers, stoles, party favors, and other custom-designed products.

2. Generic Items

For non-custom, generic items, we may consider a return or refund under the following conditions:

Eligibility: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Time Frame: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate a return or refund request.
Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and inform you of our decision. If approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Photos of the damaged or defective item.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement item or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom or personalized products.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Digital products or designs purchased with Private Label Rights (PLR).

5. Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
